How long does a remodel take?
It depends on scope. Bathrooms usually run two to four weeks, kitchens four to eight, and additions or ADUs several months. You get a schedule in writing before we start, and we tell you the day anything shifts.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the space, and give you a written scope and price with no obligation and no charge.
Can I live in the house during construction?
In most cases yes. We contain dust, keep the site clean, and sequence the work to keep as much of the house usable as possible. We’ll tell you honestly if a phase means you should plan around it.
Do you handle design and permits?
We do. We help with layout and material selections, pull the permits, coordinate engineering where it’s required, and schedule the inspections.
Are you licensed and insured?
Oregon CCB #229937, active, bonded and insured. You can verify the license, bond, and insurance yourself at ccb.oregon.gov.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship, and we answer the phone after the job is finished.
